When should I take my Cuure?Updated a month ago
We recommend that you take all your supplements with a glass of water at the same time as your first meal of the day (breakfast or lunch).
Why during a meal?
1. It improves the absorption of nutrients
2. It prevents digestive problems
Why during the 1st meal?
Some supplements are energising and may prevent you from sleeping: Rhodiola, Guarana, Ginseng or Energy Concentrate.
Some supplements should be taken at specific times:
1. Before a meal
- Preferably on an empty stomach: Probiotics and L-Glutamine
with a glass of water (especially no hot or acidic drinks).
Why should you do this? Because they are sensitive to heat and digestive juices, which reduce their effectiveness.
- 5 to 10 minutes before : Mulberry
Why? To be effective, it must bind to the enzymes in the digestive tract that break down sugar before food.
2. After your sports session
- 30 minutes after your sports session: Vegan Protein
Why? Contributes to muscle recovery and protein synthesis.
3. Preferably in the evening (depending on your sensitivity)
L-Tryptophan and Griffonia
If taking L-Tryptophan or Griffonia makes you sleepy, you can take them later in the day, from 5pm.
4. When you feel the need
Liquid concentrates
Liquid concentrates are intended to be taken as required.
However, there is no risk if you take them every day, within the limit of the daily dose recommended on the bottle.
