When will my order be shipped?Updated 3 months ago

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) (90% of orders are shipped within 2 days).

You will then receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

The delivery time then depends on your shipping address:

 2 working days on average for deliveries to France
 3 to 5 working days on average for deliveries to Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark and Austria
 5 to 15 working days on average for deliveries to other European Union countries
 6 to 10 working days on average for deliveries to the French overseas departments (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Réunion).
