In certain situations, you may notice a change in the appearance of one or more supplements in one or more sachets of your Cuure.
Rest assured, this phenomenon only occurs in rare cases.
To help you understand, here is a list of the changes most likely to occur, with an explanation for each one:
- a change in the colour of a capsule: this is mainly related to plant-based supplements. The natural pigmentation of these plants is unstable, so it is normal for it to change slightly. In addition, the colour also depends greatly on the harvest: sometimes the plant that is ground is lighter or darker depending on the season and the age of the plant (mature or young).
This can also be explained by the fact that we do not use synthetic colourings or stabilisers to maintain a consistent colour.
- agglomeration in a capsule: this phenomenon occurs for several reasons. On the one hand, because we use a 100% natural and organic rice-based anti-caking agent. Although this is natural, it is slightly less effective than synthetic agents.
On the other hand, it may be related to storage conditions (humidity, sudden changes in temperature, etc.) which promote powder compaction.
- Softening of soft capsules: made from a gelatin-based coating (bovine, marine, or vegetable-based from seaweed), our capsules are also natural. This makes them very sensitive to heat, which is why they may soften in hot weather or when stored near a heat source (oven, microwave, heater, window exposed to sunlight, bag left outside, etc.).
What are the consequences of these changes?
These situations are harmless, so you can continue your Cuure treatment.
Here are a few tips for storing your Cuure correctly:
- keep Cuure in a dry place away from moisture
- keep Cuure at room temperature, away from sunlight or other sources of heat and light
- consume Cuure within a day of opening a sachet
Finally, if you notice any changes that have not been mentioned, or supplements that are completely altered upon receipt, this is due to non-compliance with optimal transport conditions.
