Is it possible to cancel an order?Updated a month ago
There are 2 possible cases depending on the status of your order:
Case 1: It's a future subscription order
Don't worry, Cuure is a 100% flexible subscription service with no obligation. It is therefore entirely possible to suspend your subscription from the Cuure website or application. This means that no new orders will be registered for you until you have reactivated your subscription.

Case 2: An order has already been registered
If the order has already been registered but not yet prepared, you have 1 hour to cancel it from your personal space on our website or application by clicking on ‘Cancel my order’.
Once this period has expired, we invite you to contact us at the following address: [email protected] so that we can check for you whether it is still possible to cancel the order.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order for which preparation has already begun, as each order is personalised and made to order for you.
